Cancellation Policy and Terms of Contract

Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the arrival date and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the date of departure.

Confirmation and advance payment
We request you to reconfirm your reservation in writing and transfer – within 7 days – a  €500 advance payment to our bank account IBAN: AT892070200000043331             BIC: SPFNAT21XXX   Sparkasse A-9560 Feldkirchen   BLZ: 20702 (bank code)
The reservation is valid only upon receipt of your advance payment. Your deposit on our account shall be deemed an instalment of the agreed remuneration.

Payment
Payment of the hotel invoice can be made in cash, by debit card or credit card (visa, mastercard). Please understand, that for any special offers and prices we request you to pay cash, and that we cannot accept credit cards or grant any discounts for such offers.
When staying a minimum of 3 nights, cash payers save 3 % off the rate/night (only if booked directly).

Conditions of Cancellation and Rescission
By 14 days before the date of arrival: No cancellation fee is charged
By  7  days before the date of arrival: 40 % of the total price agreed
By 6 days and less before the date of arrival: 90 % of the total price agreed

Please note: In case of delayed arrival or premature departure the total price agreed will be charged.
